I am the one you see in the below picture. These results were just when I strategized my workouts and nutritions basis my fitness goals. Hence our organization does not only guide you to follow workout and nutrition plans but these have been tested on first myself and then various customer's with complete success. The below picture covers one of my results and I was 103 kgs and came down to 74 kgs in just few months.

RBFWG is an organization by Mrs Arti Bhel. The founder of the organization is her son Rishi Bhel.

There are very few organizations in fitness who practice and implement their teachings on themself. Besides either we find a very good dietitian or a very good fitness trainer or a corporate fitness trainer, etc. Only "RBFWG" is an organization that can meet all these goals under the same umbrella. We bridge these gaps completely and cover everything in fitness that an individual or a corporate entity might need.

Our services are divided into Individual/Group Fitness Plans and Corporate Fitness Plans. We specialize is custom tailored workout and nutrition plans.

As each individual or corporate entity is unique. Everybody has their own lifestyles, nutrition type, prior nutrition and medical history, etc hence there is a unique plan created with all these different aspects in mind. Our focus is only results without side effects from what an individual or corporate wishes to achieve.

STEP 1

We set up a free 30 mins call where we discuss your body transformation goals and basis we work on a custom workout, nutrition and supplementation plan. We seek inputs on current body stats, medical history, blood group, exercise acumen, lifestyle, current nutrition type (veg/non veg), etc.

Customer’s have an option to opt for any of the services individually or clubbed together.

STEP 2

A custom workout, nutrition and supplementation plan will be created. This will have your monthly plan with daily meals, workout and supplementation guidance. Meals will even include recipes basis customer request.

There will be a tracking mechanism where results will be monitored. Regular sync up calls will be scheduled to track progress.

STEP 1

We set up a free 30 mins call to review your body transformation goals

STEP 2

We agree on weekly dates and time slots and venue of training. This will be 3 times a week and 1 hour sessions each time. This is inclusive of providing a workout and nutrition plan.
