3. Online 1:1 Training
Fully flexible one-on-one sessions online. Clients choose their time slot, perfect for privacy, medical considerations, or personalized progression.
4. In-Person Training
Training at our personal studio in Sector 82, Noida. Focus on weight training, functional strength, and mobility. Programs are tailored to individual goals and safety.
